and I had formed the opinion to which I adhere, that it

is not advisable to allow the Attorney-General to engage in

to retain the services of a local Barrister to assist him

in an important case in Court. Though I am unable to re-

-commend the adoption of the Committee's proposal, the

matter is of such importance that I have thought it advis-
